Free pick-up at our studio in Nordby / Fanø 

All orders are processed within 7 days of your purchase, and shipped via GLS from FANØ - DENMARK.

You will receive a tracking number and email notifications with the details of your order as well as for delivery at a Pick-Up Point.

Pick-Up Points:
If you anticipate being frequently unavailable during delivery hours, please leave a message upon checkout requesting delivery to the nearest pick-up point. This minimises the risk of damage during loading and unloading.

I want you to have a smooth experience with the delivery of your order.
If you notice a mistake in the shipping details or insufficient information, please contact me as soon as possible.

The shipping costs are:
- Denmark 60dkk / 15€
- to the rest of the world: 350dkk / €60

International Shipping:
If your country is not listed as a shipping destination during checkout, please email us at Contact@rigmorceramics.com for estimated shipping costs.
Once your package leaves our studio, it's under the jurisdiction of your country's postal service and customs.

Duties:
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

Product prices listed on this website are inclusive of taxes but exclusive of shipment costs. The cost of shipping depends on the product, destination, shipping option and weight of the parcel. The cost will be calculated at checkout.
